Shipping Policy

Meraki Skin MH offers complimentary ground shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $60. Free shipping is available for deliveries within the contiguous United States only.

Orders below $60 are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Processing time may vary depending on the date and time your order is submitted.

Ground Shipping: $8.98

Expedited Shipping: $18.95
Orders must be placed before 10:00 a.m. ET to begin processing on the same business day.

Estimated delivery dates for expedited shipping are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

Meraki Skin MH ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, Private Mailboxes (PMB), APO or FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Meraki Skin MH does not currently provide international shipping.

Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping details may be subject to processing or delivery delays.

Meraki Skin MH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Business Days and Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding company-observed holidays and carrier holidays.

Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. ET may begin processing on the next business day. For example, an order submitted after 10:00 a.m. ET on Friday may not begin processing until Monday.

Orders are not processed or shipped on the following observed holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Additional processing time may be required during major holidays or periods of high order volume.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Select the tracking number in the email to view the most recent delivery updates.

Registered customers can also sign in to My Account to review their order status and tracking details.
